The project consist of 6 studio flats, 4 houses and 8 flats with various layouts. The dwellings overlook the Faversham creek as well as the quiet residential area at the north of the creek. The project links the inner town centre of Faversham to the creek through the ground level public space and a proposed promenade along the creek.
