The building complex with 4 blocks, which is located at the junction of Chatham Historic Dockyard and the University of Kent Medway campus, accommodates workspaces, university facilities and covered event spaces. Circulation within the building together with various openings, create a journey at the Dockyard within the ‘box’. The internal spaces are designed to encourage movement and communication between the target users, work-at-home individuals and students.
